John Huntington of the Department of Stage Technology at NYCTC invited me to design projections for their production of Evita this spring. They were testing a new marge-scale projection system from Dataton called Watchout, which allowed for seamless multiple-projector digital images.
As a designer, it was an interesting challenge to be beta-testing software on a live show; much more mission-critical than the usual lab beta testing. Below are a few images John took of the show.
