Hilary Cottam, leader of a new project named Red at the Design Council in London, is hoping to join us at Doors 8 New Delhi. Cottam, who recently persuaded the UK government to build a prototype new prison, is also writing (with Charles Leadbeater) a paper on "open welfare".
