Galvanic Skin ResponseBjoern Hartmann and colleagues made this galvanic skin response sensor based on Michael Sung and Vadim Gerasimov's circuit design. This looks simple to build and useful for those projects where you want a crude lie detector, nervousness detector, etc. It's based on a d.tools board, so it should be easy to connect to any other microcontroller.
